6ef1d3886d25317314e93e987e3c7d85I haven’t been super consistent with my posts lately, so I wanted to make a real effort to get some new content on here this week. One thing I promised myself when I started blogging was that I would focus on devoting the majority of my time towards writing and revamping my website! Life comes at you every which way sometimes, and although I slacked for a couple weeks I’m back with a bunch of topics and ideas I can’t wait to post and share!

For the first time in awhile, I went all the way back to the very beginning of my blog. Partly dying at how ridiculous my life can be, partly cringing at spelling and grammatical errors, but mostly scratching my head in confusion wondering why I haven’t taken the advice I’ve been writing about all along. While the topics I’ve chosen to discuss range from relationships to the Kardashians, many of my posts focus on idea of choosing happiness, eliminating toxicity, and practicing good karma. While each posts sounds good, I can’t help but feel a little hypocritical for not practicing what I preach.

Writing, especially on this platform, allows me to really identify and discuss choices, relationships, opportunities, and energies openly, without really tapping into the details of my own life. If anything, raveyredd.com is an outlet for me to talk about my imperfections, mistakes, and potentially bad habits to not only help myself, but others like me who may be trying to figure this whole life thing. Whether I choose to take me own advice is obviously on me, but putting positive ideas, words, and energies into my world, or even just my mind, is a start.

Inhale, exhale. Remind yourself each morning that today is a new day to be great. It’s never too late to start over, and take control of your life. Can’t do the same shit & expect different results. Respect yourself enough to recognize when there needs to be a change.

“Nothing changes, if nothing changes.”
